Who runs this site

This site is operated by Bastien Chalvet in the context of a master's research dissertation at ESLSCA Business School Paris. For any data-protection question, contact catonleneoterique@gmail.com.

What data we collect

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we store:

• Your email address (required to deliver the newsletter)
• The date of subscription and the consent confirmation
• Open/click telemetry from our email provider (Resend), pseudonymised

We do not use third-party advertising trackers, Google Analytics, or social-media pixels.

Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)

Processing is based on your explicit consent given at signup (Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

Retention

We retain your email address until you unsubscribe. After unsubscription, the address is purged within 30 days from our active list and email provider.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. Write to the email above; we respond within 30 days.
